Jeff Greenberg, MBA - 
Jeff, a California Native, has been investing in multi-family and student housing assets since 2007. 

As the CEO and Managing member of Synergetic Investment Group, Jeff has been involved in over $40 million of multi-family properties consisting of
over 1000 units. 

He currently controls over 300 Multifamily units including over 300 student housing beds in properties in Georgia, Arizona, Texas and Ohio. He focus’ on value add Student Housing, Market Rate MF and
Senior Living MF properties.

Jeff a highly sought after interviewee on over 20 Real Estate related podcasts, and has been running two REI meetups, one since 2005.

In his spare time he enjoys coaching new investors and spending time with his 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
Ben Suttles - DisruptEquity
Ben grew up in Houston and has managed several businesses. 

After getting into real estate 5 years ago, Ben realized his passion for helping investors achieve retirement, and has shifted focus towards continuing down the path of real estate. 

Ben has helped drive acquisition of multiple properties across Texas and Atlanta, as well as managed several million dollar rehabs. Ben has helped raise millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.
Jillian Sidoti - Crowd Funding Lawyers
Jillian is one of the country’s leading experts on Regulation A+. Since 2008, Jillian has submitted multiple Regulation A Offering Circulars to the Securities Exchange Commission for approval making her one of the few attorneys familiar with the law prior to the changes under the JOBS Act. 

Since the JOBS Act, Jillian has assisted multiple companies and entrepreneurs realize their fundraising goals through Crowdfunding, 506©, and Regulation A and continues to specialize in transactional legal matters such as private placement memorandums, S-1′s/S-11’s, and Regulation D filings. 

Jillian is the author of the highly rated book, The Crowdfunding Myth which debunks the multiple myths surrounding crowdfunding.

Feras Moussa - DisruptEquity
Feras is an entrepreneur at heart with a tech background; he graduated from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree, and worked at Microsoft straight from college. He later quit Microsoft to ‘bring tech to industries that lack it’, where he later found his passion for real estate. 

Feras quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. 

After having seen the results of rentals, Feras later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he met Ben and started Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors, and in doing so, help leverage his strengths in tech to better identify quality investments for investors. 

Feras has a portfolio of over 1000 units managed, and has raised millions of dollars for multifamily syndication.
Kenny Wolfe - Wolfe Investments
Kenny is a principal in 1,838 units (2,864 units all-time) in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, El Paso, TX, Waco, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, and Columbus, OH. He has been involved in over $130MM+ worth of commercial real estate since 2010. 

Prior to founding Wolfe RE Mgmt, Kenny served as CFO for Twin Cities Development based in the heart of the Haynesville Shale in Shreveport, LA. He was responsible for all areas of accounting and financial reporting, as well as the human resources role for 140 employees and independent contractors. 

Kenny has a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington.
